Mr. Abhijit Kumar Saha is a highly accomplished Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). With over 20 years of rich corporate and professional experience, he specializes in financial strategy, auditing, and advisory services, with a strong focus on banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies.

Throughout his career, Mr. Abhijit has held key leadership roles, including serving as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Head of the Financial Administration Division at Mercantile Bank PLC. He was also a Partner at UHY Syful Shamsul Alam & Co., Chartered Accountants, and served as the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operating Officer at the Bangladesh Rating Agency Limited (Dun & Bradstreet South Asia Middle East Limited). Earlier in his career, he spent more than five years with Deloitte Bangladesh (Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co) as an Audit Manager, where he successfully handled international audit reviews.

Mr. Abhijit holds both BBA and MBA in Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Dhaka. He is widely recognized for his deep expertise in IFRS/IAS and local regulatory frameworks, as well as his commitment to the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity. Currently, he leads a dynamic team of over 40 peoples including professional experts as a practicing Chartered Accountant.
